Some of Real Madrid’s best players, like Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior, were at the basketball’s El Clasico on Thursday night. 

Rodrygo and Aurelien Tchouameni, two other teammates of the Englishman and the Brazilian, joined them to watch their club’s basketball team narrowly beat Barcelona 65–64.

They will be hoping for the same thing on Saturday, when Real Madrid plays Barcelona in a much-anticipated LaLiga match.

Even though they played Sevilla tough and tied 1-1 over the weekend, Madrid is still in first place in the league with 25 points.

Barcelona is in third place, one point behind Real Madrid and Girona. If they win El Clasico, they could pass both of them.

Fans in the UK who want to see Bellingham play against Barcelona will have to wait because the game will not be shown live on TV. 

This is because of long-standing British television rights for the blackout at 3 p.m.

Even though they lost last night, Barcelona is still the defending Spanish basketball winner after Madrid won the league the previous year.
