Jurgen Klopp, the manager of Liverpool, talks about their 4-0 win over LASK in the Europa League, which included a great game from young star Jarell Quansah.

Jurgen Klopp thinks that Jarell Quansah is explaining why Liverpool didn’t buy a center-back this summer, just like he did when Ibrahima Konate left early in the Europa League.

This season, Quansah has become a big star for the Reds. He has been at the Academy since he was five years old.

The 20-year-old got his sixth start against LASK Linz on Thursday night at Anfield. He helped the Reds keep a clean sheet in a 4-0 win that gave them first place in Group E with one game to spare.

Konate played with Quansah at center back. He was one of three players replaced 11 minutes into the second half, right after Mohamed Salah’s penalty put Liverpool three goals ahead.

Young Northern Ireland right back Conor Bradley came back from a stress fracture in his back to make his first appearance of the season as a late substitute with 20-year-old left back Luke Chambers.
