Player-by-player review: Real Madrid beat Granada 2-0 Rodrygo was back at his best, Brahim was named Man of the Match, and Bellingham, Kroos, Valverde and Rudiger were the real standouts turn on .

Real Madrid secured another La Liga victory, defeating Granada 2-0, with standout performances from key players. Toni Kroos, Brahim Diaz, Federico Valverde, and Antonio Rudiger were among the standout performers contributing to the team’s success. Their notable efforts on the field played a crucial role in securing the win for Real Madrid.

Lunin—6: Had virtually nothing to do with Granada registering just 2 shots, neither on target, and an xG of 0.10.

Dani Carvajal—7: Substituted at half-time with a muscle overload. Played well while on the pitch, connecting passes and creating overloads.

Toni Rudiger—8.5: The German plays with an intense focus and concentration for every match regardless of opponent. Has been Madrid’s best defender this season alongside Carvajal.

David Alaba—7: Given the non-existent threat from Granada offensively, Alaba forayed forward and oftentimes looked like a left back.

Ferland Mendy—7: Slowly but surely finding his match rhythm and had another good performance tonight. Had 100% pass accuracy with his 71 passes.

Toni Kroos—9: Another day at the office for the German cyborg. Played a Guti-esque pass into Brahim for the opening goal, splitting open the defense and finding a pocket of space where no one else saw it. Every touch, every pass, and every dribble was near perfection. Looks to be forming a nice duo with Valverde as a double pivot.

Fede Valverde—8: A debate is now heating up on what is Fede’s best position because he performs well wherever Ancelotti plugs him into the lineup. Has been one of the standouts all season and tonight was no different. Showing a mature discipline in his new more defensive role.

Jude Bellingham—7.5: Unlucky not to get on the scoresheet prior to Rodrygo’s goal and had a culmulative xG of 0.90 on the night. Finished the match with 4 key passes and 6/6 long balls completed.

Brahim—8: As Ancelotti mentioned in his post-match presser, Brahim continues to perform whenever given the opportunity. Took his goal well showing off the technical ability he has with both feet. Despite his diminutive size, has a way of bullying through defenders and getting to the byline.

Rodrygo—7.5: The goalscoring streak continues with a well struck shot following up off of Jude Bellingham’s rebound. 7 goals and 4 assists in his last 5 matches.

Joselu—4: Quiet day at the office mostly acting as a target man for the team to play off of but only had 20 touches and 0 shots.

Substitutions:

Lucas Vazquez—7: Played the entire second half as a right back replacement for Carvajal. Served some dangerous crosses and got to play mostly in Granada’s final third.

Dani Ceballos—7: Building back his fitness with 20 minute cameo — had 19 touches, 18 passes with 100 pass accuracy, and 1 key pass + 1 completed dribble.

Gonzalo—N/A: 85th minute substitution for Rodrygo.

Nico Paz—N/A: 88th minute substitution for Brahim Diaz.
