In the last few weeks, the Red Devils have fallen in the league table. In their last three games, the club has only earned one point.

They will try to get back to winning ways later today when they play the Villans. When Ten Hag spoke to the press before the game, he had a lot to say.

One of the topics was Kambwala, who had a good first game against West Ham after filling in for Raphael Varane in center defense.

Ten Hag said he played very well in his first game as an adult for the club and that he has a “very bright future.” He also said that he was “very pleased” with how he did.

“I think he has shown he has the skills,” the boss told Manutd.com. I believe that he did a great job. It looks like has a great future ahead of it. He needs to work on himself, but you can see how good he could be, and I think we’re very happy with how he did.”

Last weekend, United had a big defense problem because Varane was sick and couldn’t play. Kambwala started in center defense and played well, even though they lost 2-0.

The 19-year-old started off against the Hammers with confidence by taking a risky run forward. During his 84 minutes on the field, he made 75 passes and had 92 touches.

The 6-foot-4-inch star looked calm from the back and didn’t have much to do. Tonight, Varane is likely to come back into the starting lineup, so he will likely go back to the bench.

With 15 saves, Varane played a world-class game against Liverpool at Anfield. He also won all of his aircraft battles and was in charge of everything.

It was too bad that he couldn’t go to London with the group. United will be hoping that the Frenchman can do the same job at defense against a Villa team that is playing well.
