The pair married in 2017 and have three children together.
De Bruyne has previously stated that Michele’s pregnancy with the couple’s first child, Milan, was a crucial factor in his move from Wolfsburg to Manchester City in 2015.
De Bruyne and Michele met while she was studying at the University of Hasselt in Belgium.
De Bruyne was playing for Wolfsburg at the time.
