In the final match, Man City only needs to win against West Ham to be crowned the Premier League champion, regardless of the results of the remaining match between Arsenal and Everton.

With such a clear goal, Man City entered the game with determination and pressed Wes Ham to the point of suffocation. And within the first 18 minutes of the match, Man City took a 2-0 lead thanks to Phil Foden’s double goal.
