Emile Smith Rowe Surprises 9-year-old Arsenal Fan with ‘Dream’ Visit Who Requested a Shirt

After seeing a picture of her carrying the sign on social media, Arsenal player Emile Smith Rowe paid a “dream” house visit to a young Gunners fan who asked for his shirt.

Arsenal striker Emile Smith Rowe was abruptly stopped by a nine-year-old fan at a game who was waving a banner that said, “May I please have your shirt?”

Early this month, after Arsenal’s 4-2 victory over Leicester City, Smith Rowe observed Isabelle Clark’s sign and paid her a “dream” visit at her home. Attending the game against the Foxes, the East Tilbury, Essex, student held a handcrafted sign that said, “Smith Rowe is the best number 10 after me!” Could I perhaps have your shirt?

In addition, Smith Rowe called Isabelle’s mother, Kelly Clark, after seeing a picture of her carrying her sign on social media, to try and arrange for a surprise visit to her home. When the Gunners midfielder visited Isabelle on Monday, August 22, he presented her with an autographed shirt. She was shocked.

When the mailman came, Isabelle hurried to the door because she thought the garment was being delivered to her, Kelly said. Isabelle fled when I told her the postman was at the door.

She couldn’t believe her eyes and went straight for the hug, flabbergasted. He has given her an amazing day, having always been her favorite player.

Isabelle, who has been involved in football teams since she was five years old and hopes to work for Arsenal and England in the future, declared, “It was the best day of my life!”

Kelly said, “He was the nicest, most genuine man. He came in and asked about Isabelle’s football. He signed a few things for her and her brother. He stayed for over an hour!”
