Declan Rice’s experience on the Great British Bake Off special with his England teammates is unforgettable

Declan Rice had an unforgettable experience competing in the Great British Bake Off special as one of four English players. Rice is an Arsenal midfielder.

The 24-year-old struggled in the tent with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson, and Kieran Trippier, who were also baking.

Rice and his gingerbread crumbled in the tent

In the tent, the rice and his cookies crumbled.

Each participant was urged by Paul Hollywood of Bake Off to make a gingerbread replica of their preferred football player for a video that would be uploaded to 4 Sport’s YouTube account.

Rice chose John Terry, Jordan Henderson baked Paul Gascoigne, and Trippier chose Wayne Rooney. Steven Gerrard was chosen by Alexander-Arnold.

While some famous people found baking easier than others, Rice immediately found it challenging.

“Place the cardboard template on top of the biscuit dough and carefully cut out the footballer shape,” the speaker instructed.

“This is what I am cutting with. I have no idea how to use it correctly at all!

“I have no idea what I’m doing or where I’m going.”

The summer acquisition for Arsenal simply couldn’t get the hang of it, and his finished product had the rest of his colleagues in stitches.

Hollywood picked up Rice’s gingerbread from the table to examine each one, only to have Terry’s skull tumble into his palm!

And it left his England teammates in stitches

And it left his teammates in England speechless.

After their teammate made a mistake that led to his finishing last out of the four, the England players were left sprawled over one another, enjoying the moment.

Trippier came in third, leaving Henderson and his old Liverpool pal, Alexander-Arnold, to wait to see who came out on top.

After Trent was declared the victor, Hollywood gave him the well-known “Hollywood Handshake” in congratulations.

The Reds defender said, “I’m over the moon, to be honest,” following the victory.

“I challenged myself to go for victory right away. I believe I’m naturally gifted at it!

After finishing in third place, Trippier expressed his disappointment by saying, “At least my head didn’t fall off like Dec’s!”
