MU has officially returned to the new season, although some players on the club’s payroll are busy participating in EURO, Copa America, or taking compensatory breaks after major tournaments.

On July 8, MU players who were not in the group participating in the two major tournaments EURO and Copa America gathered again. The focal point of the first day of preparation for the summer tour was coach Erik Ten Hag. Recently, the Dutch coach signed a contract extension with the “Red Devils” for another year, until the summer of 2026.

During his return to the Carrington training center, Coach Ten Hag showed his determination and ambition. He understood that if MU did not reap success in the 2024/25 season, the newly signed contract extension would no longer have much meaning.

On July 15, MU will face Norwegian team Rosenborg. Five days later, coach Ten Hag’s team will face Ranger. On July 27, MU will meet Arsenal in the US, then Real Betis (July 31) and Liverpool (August 3). This year, the “Red Devils” have to prepare for their summer tour early because they have the Community Shield against Man City on August 10.
