After arriving in Los Angeles on Sunday, our men’s first squad was out on training pitches the next day, preparing to kick off our US Tour versus Bournemouth.
The players gathered to adjust to the bright Californian weather and ramp up their pre-season preparations after defeating Leyton Orient in a behind-closed-doors friendly on Saturday.
After a gym exercise, Mikel Arteta and his crew put the players through a variety of drills to improve fitness and sharpness ahead of their encounter against the Cherries (buy your tickets now), who drew 1-1 with Wrexham in their first game in the States.
