‘Busy day’: Arsenal star Declan Rice exercises extremely well with a toned physique in preparation for the next match

Cristy Ren exudes seductive allure as she confidently dons a sleek black swimsuit, showcasing her captivating S-shaped curves with undeniable allure. Against the backdrop of sun-drenched shores or the shimmering waters of a pool, she commands attention with her confident stride and sultry gaze.

West Ham captain Rice, 24, is poised to imminently complete a club-record and British-record £105million move, worth £100m up front and £5m in add-ons, to Arsenal.

Mail Sport reported on Wednesday that the Hammers are said to be becoming increasingly frustrated with delays over the deal as Gunners lawyers continue to draw up paperwork for the move.

But the defensive midfielder is seemingly trying to block out the uncertainty over his future as he keeps working hard to reach top fitness in Portugal.

Rice posted pictures of himself training alongside United midfielder Bruno Fernandes and his Portugal team-mate Rafael Leao of AC Milan at luxury sports complex The Campus, in Quinta do Lago in the Algarve region.

The six snaps on his Instagram page, which has 2.3m followers, have been liked nearly 280,000 times at the time of writing.

The images show Rice running forwards with Fernandes watching on in the background, smiling as he sits on a drinks cooler box with Leao, striking a volley, passing a ball in between two dummies and crouched down on his haunches.

England star Rice then lay on the ground alongside the Portuguese pair and a fourth player as they rested after their exertions in the summer heat. His decision to train with Fernandes may come as a surprise to fans given the rivalry between Arsenal and the Red Devils.

On Tuesday, Rice began his preparations for the new season as Arsenal fans continue to wait for his move from West Ham to become official.

The move is set to happen in the very near future but the north London side have not yet formally announced it despite manager Mikel Arteta wanting him to travel on their pre-season tour of the USA.

That tour begins next week and Rice has now kickstarted his pre-season training after enjoying a well-earned break.

‘Back at it’, he wrote as he shared a series of pictures of himself working out at The Campus, with him seen jogging and lifting weights as well as being clearly exhausted come the end of the session.

The Englishman knows the complex well having spent time there with West Ham just six weeks ago before the Europa Conference League final.
